Sweet Rocket Wednesday #WordlessWednesday

Another walk on the Vestal Rail Trail in Vestal, New York.  Sadly, this came hours before the town was put under a State of Emergency with a curfew during the threat of violence that has gripped our nation.  But the trail itself was an oasis of peace.  It wasn't too crowded, either.
Rockets are more than vehicles that take us into space.  This is sweet rocket, a late May/early June wildflower here in upstate New York.

It comes in purple...
It comes in pink.

At the same time, brambles are blooming.
I must include the usual sign of the times.

Joining up with Sandee at Comedy Plus and her Wordless Wednesday.
