Too late.
On Wednesday, I left my house in upstate New York a couple of minutes late, and walked into the most amazing display of "red sky in morning".
The problem was, I couldn't stop to take a picture.
By the time I was able to take a picture, most of the show had ended, but there was enough left to create a beautiful Skywatch.
For the next few minutes, I stopped and looked.
I love autumn sunrises.

Day 14 of the Ultimate Blog Challenge. Join me tomorrow for Garden Bloggers Bloom Day, where gardeners from all over the world show what is blooming in their yards or houses.
That has happened to me as well. You have to be ready to grab the pictures at the very moment they are happening with the sunrise....sometimes I'm still in my jammies with my coffee and I just can't bring myself to get dressed.
ReplyDeleteLovely skies!
ReplyDeleteGrande cielo !!! Grazie per il tuo commento :))
ReplyDeleteMesmerising clicks, you still managed to capture them brilliantly
ReplyDeleteWhen I used to commute (via the Southern Crescent- preAmtrak) from Charlottesville to DC (I was teaching at George Washington), I loved sitting in the dining car, eating my breakfast, and watching the glorious sunrise appear. (The return trip was often too late to see the sunset...)
ReplyDeleteAutumn sunrises are beautiful!
ReplyDeleteLovely catch, great skies...
