Winter Wednesdays -Storm Watch

Two views of snow, in the heart of winter.  I know I promise my readers snow, and so far, I haven't delivered that much.

Sunday morning, snow resting delicately on evergreen branches.

Sunday night (taken Monday morning a few minutes before sunrise), an accumulation.

Today, we are supposed to have a snowstorm. It should start any minute.

We'll see what the trees look like after that storm.

  2. The pictures look pretty considering that there is no snow in my part of the world. Hope the storm has passed.

  3. We've been relatively unscathed this winter. 10 miles either way- they've been hit. Instead, we get rain- that freezes into ice (black and otherwise).

  4. We've had snow here not once but twice this winter! I don't remember that ever happening before, so I'm not really jonesing for more snow. If it happens, stay warm.

  5. I'm not a snow lover, especially on the driveway and the roads, but I do love how a fresh fallen snow looks on the trees.

  6. Hope you have all the snacks and comfort food and that your TV is working. That's what we do when winter weather approaches.

  9. I grew up in New England, so I'm no stranger to the white stuff. It is beautiful! I don't miss it, though, now that I live in Florida. :)
