Views of the sky on two consecutive days in downtown Binghamton, New York.
Threatening skies May 30, downtown.
On May 31, the sky was overcast, but I was inspired by the courthouse's Fringe tree (aka "Grancy Greybeard") and the sky. I decided to take a picture showing both. The tree is actually small, but this angle makes it look larger taken against the 10 story building across the street and directly to its right.
Ah, the end of May. The year almost half over. Where has time gone?

Our skies simply turned such a dark grey it was almost black- and then turned on the faucets and the fireworks. Leaving new rivers to be explored.
ReplyDeleteTime has flown, hasn't it? Next thing you know, we'll be lamenting the end of summer.
ReplyDeleteI like the photo of the tree in bloom and the courthouse and old building in the background. Cool perspective!!
ReplyDeleteTree is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you for sharing. I have one in my yard that I planted 3 yrs. ago, but it's really growing slow. This year I only saw two blooms. :( Have a great weekend.
ReplyDeleteSometimes the angry skies are the prettiest. Clouds can make such beautiful art.
