I've had phone problems this past week (full, despite working to delete my hoard of photos) and am wondering if my iPhone SE first edition will even permit the next iOS update. I managed to delete three apps, including Facebook (no great loss), enough to be able to take pictures and get email again, and to get the latest iPhone security patch.
I may be looking for a new phone, or (son's suggestion) less expensive phone and actual camera. I'm still waffling about that.
Of course, this is Skywatch Friday, not Complaining about my Minor First World Problems Friday, so onward to the sunset I can now bring you.
I captured a sunset picture there, as the sun set behind a mountain (not true sunset at that point).
And again, the colors were not spectacular. My not-good timing/luck with sunsets continues.
So I'll just hang tight and keep enjoying the clouds and sun, no matter what.
Now, onward to fall.
Read an article online yesterday that suggested buying one of the previous iPhone versions and not the newest one. My cell phone is only for emergency use when I am out, so no wisdom here on your decision.
ReplyDeleteI love the sky! Always a beautiful picture, and I feel your first world pain. I keep putting off the purchase of a new phone myself!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful.
ReplyDelete:-), maybe not spectacular but still beautiful.
ReplyDeletevery nice
ReplyDelete...summer went by mighty quickly.
ReplyDeletePretty sky photos!
ReplyDeleteIt's true - our problems are minor compared to what is happening in other parts of the world.
You definitely need some solution. Whatever you decide about the phone, I definitely think you should have a camera.
ReplyDeletePretty. I like skies with all sort of clouds like that.
ReplyDeleteSTill beautiful, Alana!
ReplyDeleteAs my FIL used to say: Way better than where there is none! ;)
I always adore your sky photos. I'm addicted to capturing it. <3
ReplyDeleteVery pretty. If you're waffling, I'd say go for a good camera. You like taking pictures. You might find that having a good camera helps your photography. Yes, your phone is always with you, but you might find that you'd bring your camera along more often than you think.
ReplyDeleteThese first world problems can be a real challenge. I finally upgraded from my old iPhone 6 to an iPnone 12 mini last year. A great phone, but expensive, and it does things differently, so there's a learning curve. It's probably worth it if you're a heavy phone user.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures!
