Iresine at sunset, my house.
My pansies (still alive!) at sunset.
And finally, a trumpet vine, Binghamton, New York.
What is your favorite flower of this time of year?
Welcome! I hope I bring a spot of calm and happiness into these uncertain times. I blog about my photography adventures, flowers, gardening, the importance of chocolate in a well lived life, or anything else on my mind.

ReplyDeleteThe flowers of summer are magnificent. I could sit on my porch for hours and just enjoy their beauty!
ReplyDeleteThis has been one of the prettiest and brightest summers I can remember. Perhaps it was the long and icy winter that sharpened my appreciation for all the vivid colors. Beautiful photos and colors. I am loving the Rose of Sharon blossoms this year, they are bee magnets! Wishing you a peace filled week.
ReplyDeletegorgeous - and all my favourite colours. (I just realized both those words are spelled differently in the US and the auto correct is wanting to change them!) I love all the Spring vibrancy Alana

ReplyDeleteLove those colors! My favorite summer flower is probably the zinnia or the sunflower, simply because they are so attractive to butterflies and bees.
