Back in my 20's, I lived in Florida for two years. I fell in love with palms, and I still love them, over 40 years later.
I have much to learn from them.
I saw these lit up palm trees in Madeira Beach, Florida. It's not your normal view, and I had to take a picture.

DeleteOne of my cousins also loves palm trees. I've never given them much thought. They're everywhere, so to me they're just background.
ReplyDeleteFunny what is in our own "backyard" that we don't see. I'm amazed by people who love my snow photos until I realize that some of them have never seen snow in person.

ReplyDeleteI think the first tree I ever learned to draw as a child was a palm tree! Distinct, standing tall and beautiful! Very nice photo!
