Today is the first of December. The year is 11/12 over.
Now, on the way to work, I see some of the lovely colors of the sky.
Clouds in shade of grey and pink.
The horizon reds up.
And the most amazing thing is - these Bradford Pears still have leaves, and some are still green.
Join Yogi and other watchers of the sky at #SkywatchFriday, where people all over the world watch the sky. Come join us! Some of the pictures this week are truly beautiful.
Happy December!
Welcome! I hope I bring a spot of calm and happiness into these uncertain times. I blog about flowers, gardening, my photography adventures, the importance of chocolate in a well lived life, or anything else on my mind.

Beautiful as always
ReplyDeleteI was expecting you to share photos of the ISS (international space shuttle)- but then I noticed you were a little west of its shining motion on a perfectly clear sky. Your photos have more color and drama, though.
ReplyDeleteDramatic skies!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Beautiful colors!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors in the first one.
ReplyDeleteVery pretty sky shots!
ReplyDeleteNice skies for the beginning of the month. My husband is from Upstate New York, Rome. I got to visit there once and enjoyed the area. - Margy
ReplyDeleteI love these photos and love "reds up" (I am going to steal that phrase). Our bradford pears have not lost their leaves yet either. Totally unheard of for December.
ReplyDeleteA very pretty Skywatch series.
