Welcome! I hope I bring a spot of calm and happiness into these uncertain times. I blog about flowers, gardening, my photography adventures, the importance of chocolate in a well lived life, or anything else on my mind.

Mad Sunset - #SkywatchFriday
I took these pictures last month- a sunset in Madeira Beach (called "Mad Beach" by the locals) on the West Coast of Florida, near St. Petersburg. This particular beach is in an area called Johns Pass. which was created by a hurricane on September 27, 1848.
I love sunsets over water.
Right after sunset.
Even better are sunsets with people on the beach.
And a different angle yields a fisherman.
