It's warming up now, but we aren't forgetting the snow we had last week.
Mouring doves like to visit my backyard, and I captured some of their footprints in the snow.
I like the patterns the shadows made.

I always watch birds with their feet in the snow or in the--shudder--icy water (with chunks of ice floating nearby) and wonder if they have any feeling in those feet at all?!
