A Mid July Sunset #SkywatchFriday

Looks like today will be another two-post day.  If you have come looking for a #SkywatchFriday post, you've come to the right place.  If you've come looking for Garden Bloggers Bloom Day, I'll have a separate post, but you are more than welcome to stick around here and enjoy a sunset.

Today, I am sharing the minutes after sunset from July 13.

It was interesting how the clouds changed as the minutes passed.  First, a lot of gloom
Then the clouds started to disappear.

Finally (before we concluded nothing much more was going to happen) one last small display.

If you are reading this Friday morning, I'll be posting my flower pictures later today.  Why rush?

We in the Southern Tier of New York State have (mostly) been spared the relentless hot weather much of our nation has been subjected to, but that is about to come to an end.

Stay cool, those who are sweltering!

Joining Yogi and other skywatching bloggers for #SkywatchFriday.

  8. Don't pictures of sunsets just fill you with peace. It's like they're saying 'day is done' and flinging one last 'farewell' into the ether! Lovely pictures!
