It's the first Monday of 2025, and it's time for music!
Today I am joining up with other Music Moves Me bloggers (and you can join us at the linky above). We are a group of music loving bloggers who blog about music each Sunday or Monday (or even later in the week). If you have music to share with us, you are most welcome to join! (Music Posts Only-meaning at least one music video, please! Otherwise, your post may be labeled "No Music".)
Our head host is Xmas Dolly, and our co-hosts are Cathy from Curious as a Cathy, joined by the knowledgeable Stacy of Stacy Uncorked and, last but not least, me.
Every other week we have a theme. This is a freedom of choice week and I am in the mood for some oldies but goodies.
The 1966 hit Working My Way Back to You from The Four Seasons. (many know the Spinners cover from the 1970's but this is the original).
From 1965, Stop! In the Name of Love - the Supremes.
A much younger Cher in Sonny and Cher's 1966 hit "I Got You Babe".
Tommy James and the Shondells and their 1969 hit song Crystal Blue Persuasion. If only there could be peace and good brotherhood....
And that's a wrap!
Join me again next week for another episode of Music Moves Me.
These all bring back memories. ♥ Thanks for the nostalgic concert, Alana! ☺

ReplyDeleteThese are all great and love the oldies. It feels like a sweeter time even though it wasn't.
