We are fortunate enough to have several local libraries where I live in the Southern Tier of New York.
One has an actual garden. This one, in the front, has a number of flower plantings and, now, a reading garden with outdoor seating.
Now, don't be chicken.
You've got mail?
Cute art and it doesn't bug me at all.
Proud.
The garden is just a bit worn out from its summer's work, but the mailbox is still blooming.
(Just one tiny sour note: painted rocks, which, if they weren't painted with eco-friendly paint, can be a problem outside. There were a number of them here and there. End of short rant.)

What a fun place!! If I lived in the area and had young kids, it would be a favorite hangout of ours! Have a great Wednesday!

ReplyDeleteVery cute!
ReplyDeleteThank you for mentioning the painted rocks. It's a touchy subject to some, as one of the comments in your linked article shows! I wrote a blog post last September about this.
How creative and how lovely for the children... and grownups!
ReplyDeleteCute. That looks like a fun place to visit.
ReplyDeleteLove it, the only thing better than having time to read is being able to read in a beautiful environment.
ReplyDeleteI can feel the peace of the spot just fold around me! What a cute, cute idea!
