Deer Photobomb #WordlessWednesday

Spouse and I took a drive to nearby areas where the fall foliage has started to look really nice.  I was intending to take some pictures from the passenger seat, and had my iPhone out.

Suddenly, my spouse exclaims "Look.  A deer!"

Sure enough, there was a deer on the left side of the road.  In this picture, it is in the lower left.

The deer isn't as visible in this shot (it was running away) - it's near the tree that looks to be next to the driver's side side mirror.  I kept this picture because of the reflection of foliage in the mirror.

At least she didn't try to run in front of the car.  Tomorrow, by the way, is Thursday Tree Love, and I will share some fall foliage from the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania.

  6. I see them almost every day. Several communities have finally banded together to hopefully do something about them. I had two close encounters with them just driving down my street.
