My spouse and I eat whole wheat bread. Over the past weekend, I purchased my usual store brand from a discount market.
It's good but sometimes the whole wheat bread...
...is more "hole wheat bread".
Joining up with Sandee at Comedy Plus for her #WordlessWednesday.

...English is a strange language!
ReplyDeleteMakes for interesting sandwiches. Holey indeed. You made me chuckle.
ReplyDeleteThank you for joining the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop.
Have a fabulous Wordless Wednesday. ♥
I like what you've said! But the holes are not so big. Are they on the whole length?
ReplyDeleteAll the best, Alana! Happy WW!❤️😘
fun post ~
ReplyDeletethanks for commenting on my blog too
Clever! 😃
ReplyDeleteStill better prices than the usual supermarket, I imagine.
ReplyDeleteYou are so clever, Alana! Perhaps a slice of Swiss cheese (with the holes) would accompany it well? :)
ReplyDeleteHa! I eat Dave's Killer 21 whole grain.
ReplyDeleteLOL! I've been making white wheat bread for the past year or two. It's delicious! 100% is a bit too much fiber for us and it's a better texture. I'm not concerned about the reduced fiber because we get plenty other ways.

ReplyDeleteOh my!
ReplyDeleteHoley wholewheat!
ReplyDeleteWe find that to be true in the loaves we purchase as well and when I used to bake bread all the time it happened with those loaves, too. Just a feature of bread making I guess.
