Orange is Today's Flower Color #WordlessWednesday

Today, I celebrate the color Orange.

Our last blackberry lily (I think) of the season bloomed (for a single day) August 9. (The name comes from its seed pods. When they open they look just like blackberries.)

My new Citrus Kick daylily, from August 7,  This is supposed to be a rebloomer, and I see it is sending up a new flower stalk.  So, apparently, it is!

And these two survivors, hanging over a sidewalk. We saw these during an exercise walk the other day.

Flowers bring us joy, and I wanted to spread some joy today.  I hope I succeeded.
