Flower Overflow #WordlessWednesday

First, I want to thank everyone who commented on my posts last week, especially Saturday’s post on privacy and my Monday post on music as part of the meme Music Moves Me. (If you love music, why not join us each Monday?)

As a thank you gift, please enjoy some flowers that won’t make it to my 15th of June Garden Bloggers Bloom Day post because they won’t be blooming by the time Thursday comes.  These are flowers that have bloomed between May 15 and today.

Siberian columbine meadow-rue (Thalictrum aquilegiifolium) taken June 10 (although there may be some left, they may not look as good.)

Our final rhododendron flowers, which are otherwise fading out (taken  June 10).

Our pink rhododendron on May 31.

Final tulips, May 19.

Last brunneria (blue flowers) above.

Our irises are done, but this was my purple ones at their peak on May 28.

Finally, my white and purple iris (one) on May 31.

I hope you enjoyed my flowered "thank you".

  4. We are impressed that you know what all the flowers are. At our house we have no idea. Those first white ones are really fun.

  5. You have more blooming than I do, although the peonies around here are very nice, even after yesterday's storms.
